RETURNS POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements.

We are not liable for any cancellations/refunds/payments for orders placed through third-party service providers such as but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. We reserve the rights of shipping a product to you. We can refuse an order if we do not want to serve you, without any legal repercussions.

In the event the order/product is delivered and received faulty, delivery of wrong/partial product, etc the return/replacement is processed as per following terms:

In case an user has received the faulty product and if the product is within our scope for repair, we shall repair the product and send back to customer.

In case an user has received the wrong/damaged product, we shall replace the product with same one. In case, we do not have replacement of the product, we will inform user and user can buy another product from our website of the same amount. User can buy other product of higher amount as well by paying difference of the amount.

Cost to return faulty, wrong or damaged product will be paid by the User.

The User can send an email to us of a digital photo of the, faulty, damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to cs@rockingdeals.in with the following details via email:

  • a) Your order number
  • b) Tracking ID or item number
  • c) A brief description of the reason for the returns.
  • d) And tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.

Buyer has to register the replacement claim within twelve (12) hours of the receipt of the product. You can raise a claim by sending an email to cs@rockingdeals.in or via Whatsapp/ Phone Call @ 09811003237.

Your request will be processed within 15 (fifteen) days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under process.Refund/Cancellation request will not be entertained, if TAT period is over.

PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN

To return an item, please pack them in the original tube, package or box and include the completed Return Instructions from located on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID, and item number and send us at Rocking Deals, 12/3, Mile Stone, Mathura Road, Sector 37, Faridabad, Haryana-121003. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return.

SHIPPING

We offer paid shipping services and this shipping shall be done by private post, our own delivery sources and a third party logistics company depending on the location of delivery. We may change the third-party logistics company, without any notification. If you prefer the product to be shipped by Logistics Company of Your choice, it should be agreed and paid for, during the transaction and not after placing the order. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations and shall depend on the third-party logistics company’s policies. Orders are dispatched within 5-6 working days; after necessary time is taken to prepare the order. The Company cannot be held liable, if in a case there is a delay in dispatching the order due to an unforeseen circumstance. Delivery shall be based on the type of product that is being purchased. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Products are not shipped on Sundays, public holidays or during non-working hours.

Users are requested to enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through, if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure, that you had entered the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Pin code). As, we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

If in a situation, the order has not been delivered to you and has been returned to us due to your unavailability, you would be liable to pay the charges for re-delivering the product to you. The Company/ Website do not track the shipment or follow up with the third-party logistics company. We have partnered with, on the status of the shipment.
